I know there are plenty of other uploads of the full gig on youtube, but non of them are in HD and been cleaned up/recoloured... this also makes use of the LaserDisc audio It fades in and out at the beginning taking away some of Rossi's talking but I wasn't intending to upload the full gig at first... it was meant to be just the tracks from the Perfect Remedy album. Very good looking and sounding....although I wish there were less black borders of which I notice for all the Birmingham '89 videos that you cleaned up and posted are present on all four sides of the actual concert video footage, whereas on the End Of The Road '84 videos that you previously cleaned up, the black borders are only on the left and right sides.

Very good looking and sounding....although I wish there were less black borders, of which this time around surround all four sides of the actual video whereas on the End Of The Road '84 videos that you previously cleaned up, the black borders were only on the left and right sides. It's just down to the format it was filmed in... on SD tv's you wouldn't see the side borders, just the top ones... same with the Live Alive Quo gig and (I think) a few other gigs from the 90's It's so that if it was to be remastered and released on DVD they could change the aspect ratio and make it widescreen... Main reason I didn't do it is because it would have distorted the resolution of the video even more so Whereas if they were to do this with anything filmed in 4:3 you'd lose some of the image

I'll have to add I forgot how amazingly shot this gig was until I was putting those videos together... albeit when they was cutting the camera angles together some of the shots are out of sync or a completely different point of the song.
Like at the end of the Power of Rock n Roll, it cuts to a camera from the left side of the NEC that shows the ending of the song and then it cuts to a stage camera which shows the exact same shot but at the correct time frame... so when put together, you get two different angles of the ending... like so

I have ripped these three recently, RAOTY, Don't Stop and LAQ. They are all filmed widescreen but adapted for 4:3 TVs of the day.
I have managed to crop the picture so it does at least appear widescreen on my TV but it plays hell with the resolution.
Similarly, if you have a TV capable you should be able to zoom in on the picture with similar effect.
These VHS shows would all transfer well to DVD/Bluray if someone could be bothered.
