Cheers All for some well put points...I think I always wanted the Quo 'back' from the era of 72-76 when they WERE the No.1 Rock and Roll Band in the Land...doing both Reunion Tours meant the world to me, discovering the Frantic Four and the Quo Legend fully, apart from my first gig on EOTR at St Austell (6.7.1984) all other gigs didn't come close (although always enjoyable) Triggsy , hope I’m not barking up the wrong tree , but did you post on a previous Quo forum , that you had a mate involved with Iron Maiden who had spoken to Lloyd , Quo’s guitar tech ? .

azza200 What are 1001s? I know what a 99 from being in the UK but maybe I'm missing out on something good. This would have thrown me too because when I grew up we called them hundreds and thousands. Maybe we were posh. Me too . If you were posh , am I ?

Still got the tshirt and tour jacket from this gig . Gave it an airing in 2013 and 2014 . Promised Alan’s daughter Toni the jacket , she’d never seen one before .

… I am just a Joe Public Razorlight fan. So if I hadnt searched the bands history and then gone to a concert, i would have thought i was seeing the same band members i saw in 2005. This is probably a similar experience to a Joe Public Quo fan. Many of them must be blissfully unaware of lineup changes. And then Rhino starts to sing... And unleash his “ stage presence “

Who is this appealing to ? Is he performing songs from his solo side of things by himself ? Thirty one shows , how long before you tube is awash with the best bits ( ? ) from the early shows , how long will it take him to get pissed off answeing questions on Rick , Alan , John , constantly , even through the same show , because punters aren’t happy with his responses ? . If your interested in attending , chances are you are on the forums , old and new , FTMO member or lapsed , seen the band numerous times , read and watched interviews through the years , what extra are you really going to learn ? . An hour and a half odd of new material , verbally and nasally , . This seems like it will be stage managed to the nth degree . Mick Wall ? is comparing I believe , no doubt reading out a “ punters “ handwritten question at the start to ease everybody along . Sorry , I’m very cynical of it , time will tell ........

Just saw this on youtube, what a great live song. I know the performance and even the fact they sang it will divide opinions on here but I enjoyed it and thought Richie did a great job. All credit to Derry Quo for filming that !

Hi All, I always liked his voice especially with Rainbow...
Geoff. Some of the tracks Mr Bonnet did with Schenker were top notch as well. 'Desert Song' in the running as a Desert Island disc. Do you remember the story of Graham Bonnet pulling back the curtain to show the audience a seated guitarist , whilst onstage Michael Shenker was doing his solo ?
