Perhaps they can get their mate Rolf to accompany them on his didgeridoo?
Also, no idea why they have to have "Aquostic" after the band name. Surely anyone seeing Acoustic Stage will know that it's an acoustic set? No-one else has plugged their album so blatantly, least of all one from three years ago.

Back in 2009, when the set could be much better forgiven for what it was (and there was no way of knowing it was to become more and more slapstick and barely to blink for a further 7 yrs) CQ upped their game and played a high energy gig where they wanted to make a point for the festival. The customary smiles on stage were much more about obvious enjoyment of the one-off occasion rather than manufactured stage management and it was a good day for modern Quo credibility instead of karaoke style gimmicks.
Contrast this gig with the cardboard cut-out Montreux affair.
So, at face value, its good that the post Rick band have secured a place back at Glastonbury with their Aquostic set - even if its not for me. Much rather they do this, in relative terms, to that appalling LNOTE malarkey which would be uncomfortable to contemplate to say the least.

I'm actually pleased for them. I'll have a look when they broadcast on TV. Much less muddy.

Ah, the gentry. Is Marmaduke going, do you know? It would be simply beastly if he were left behind.
