Flick Colby has obviously been employed to bedazzle the lucky gig goers . You can see her trademark routine during the solo , the bit where thankfully nobody is singing or adlibbing , ( enhancing the song with extra words if your of the other persuasion , remember when people derided the first reunion for the same thing ? ) . Used to think Rick was instrumental in the stage positioning of the band during certain parts of the songs , maybe he was , but it looks like someone else has picked up the baton .

The date must be wrong on that video, because it says 2017 but its electric but Quo stopped doing electric tours at the end of 2016. I saw them say so.

Yet more offerings from the modern Quo alpine village - "Uttascheitt" They are repeatedly killing classic Quo songs with these mediocre live efforts - Rhino singing lead?....no....just... no... How they can charge their "loyal followers" so much for this sub-standard garbage is beyond me....

Saw that on You Tube and wondered who would be first to comment on here, the only positive is at least it proves Richie's guitar is plugged in, he must think it's his birthday having his guitar at a decent level in the mix at least for a few seconds

F**ck's sake. Pack it in, just end it now. I would actually go and see Francis Rossi as a solo artist...if it was in a theatre local to me......and not very expensive......but "status quo", as it is now, not a chance.

Just based on that clip I feel sorry for them.. no, I really mean that. Almost like watching your favourite ex champ boxer not knowing when to quit... punch drunk. This is why I just can't bring myself to travel to Sydney to see Quo... I reckon I'd walk out depressed by seeing them that one gig too much. ...if anything, Rhino (as nice a bloke as he is) shouldn't try to sing Rain. It's a shocker attempt and the song should be rested from the set list imo.

Great analogy, Gaz, about the boxer.
I also would jump at the chance to see a solo Rossi show - those One Step At A Time shows were absolutely brilliant.
I'd go and see a Rhino solo show.
I'd go to watch Quo tribute band shows.
But I don't want to see this 'Status Quo'.

Imo Quo has approached the end of their long and dusty road.

To put it mildly, that isn't good.
You can probably get away with WYW where FR sings some of the chorus, but where it is a Rick vocal, they need to admit they can no longer do the song live.
The time has come Francis to stop. Do solo record and tour, neither will probably sell well, but this is not SQ anymore.

If Francis went out solo and played a mix of stuff I'd respect him far more. This is now only about money. If it was about creativity the set would be mixed up, new songs would be played, etc. <takes a quick look at the other Quo forum to see what the mods and the member are discussing>. "Business....workmates....why bother about the fans, none of our business". Righty oh then.
