Confucius say 'Quo is like a room full of open doors that close as you get older.'

Look around you at Life and extrapolate that, Confucious he have long while beard and a point. There are a lot of things our elders don't tell us. If they did, we would run away.
Francis Rossi however told us that he would lose his hair. After that, I guess nothing was really that scary for him.

I admit, that takes me back, that does. With some different towns. Brighton, Bournemouth, Reading ... Birmingham and Sheffield of course. Not sure about the grandad shirt, but I did my time in grandad vests a bit earlier. I was 28. My mum had to put up with led zep, I think yours might have been lucky

I think some of the frustration is coming to terms with ours and their mortality ! The realisation that your heroes don't stay how they looked and they don't behave as they did. They go bald, start looking really old. Make decisions you don't like etc... At the same time you start looking at yourself, most of us I would think mid to late 50s or older. We start to get veryNostalgic about the old days. Why can't it be the wAy it used to be ! It's called growing older and things can never be as they were !
