and listening to The Stones Blue and Lonesome album, sippin a whisky, and loving it! Thinking this is exactly what Quo should've done instead of Aquoshit. They defo lost the plot heading down that path.

I've heard that album is horsepish. Its the first Stones album I've bought but it intrigued me. First couple of listens , I too, thought it was no good but now I reckon it's a goodun with a couple of gems. Apparently Mick now regrets they recorded too quickly and should've tidied it up some, but I think that it's the 'clankiness' and loose feel which I like. You can almost picture them playing this in some little backstreet blues pub.

I don't think this is the right route for Quo. The Stones have some credibility with the blues, Quo do not.

Ive listened to some of it but it thought it was boring. Every song sounds the same yet it got great reviews yet Quo always get slated for supposedly sounding the same!! I much preferred Aquostic!!
