Now in respect off Rick. Close the Status Quo name and brand down now. You can do it. The respect you will get will be immensely appreciated.
for me, you are still king BTW and always were, but the thought of not a chance with you and Rick again on the stage, well it's over.
thank you.

I truly believe Ricks passing will hit Francis like a ton of bricks so let's pull back a bit eh.

Yes, please folks in respect to both Rick and all those that knew and loved him, lets not unleash our anger on them.
I'm sure this will his Francis and all the band members past and present just as hard. I was even wondering what Matt Letley was thinking.

I don't see any anger in Muzz's post at all, just a fan expressing his own thoughts and feelings about the situation . others have written their own words in tribute to Rick so I see no problem with what muzz has written. All I can say is I have to agree with him. Anyway Rip Rick Cheers

But he is still criticising his choice about the direction of the band on a day when we all need to mourn. Later is the time for these views. That is all.

This is still all very raw and like others have said, I've got the feeling this is going to really hit Francis hard and why wouldn't it, he plays the jack the lad, but I feel this will really go through him.
Yes we have time in the future to debate all things Quo again, now is time for Rick, but although I've called for an end to Quo in it's current form, my feelings today are different for some reason, don't know why really. Rick said Francis will do what Francis will do. If he wants to carry it on as it is then fine, I feel less bothered about that now and it will still bring joy to many.
I think it's the fact one of the FF have now gone, I know that can't happen for real now, but while they were all still there I just thought, yeah go on, get on with it.
My personnel preference, if it was to carry on, would be for Francis to join Alan, John, Andy, Bob and the best rhythm guitar player they can find in 2018.
I feel that next year might happen as planned, then Francis will go solo. Any celebration gig for Rick or any future stuff with Alan and John I'll be all over though. My feelings about going to see the current version of Quo are unchanged, I'm not really interested.
