I recently discovered Status Quo Rock Radio, and wonderfully introduced by Rhino when you tune in. I'm listening to Status Quo Rock Radio on Simple Radio. #SimpleRadio simpleradio.app.goo.gl/La33iC5XHKAsjaGN8But I randomly tune in every so often, but I have yet to hear one single Quo tune. Any ideas?

Checked the playlist and there are one or two Quo tracks per hour being played so maybe you have just been unlucky when tuning in. I tried Exclusively Status Quo Channel for a while but too much Quo gave me a sore head.

I've often wondered what the purpose of radio is now if you can make your own playlist on a device the size of a cigarette packet.

I've often wondered what the purpose of radio is now if you can make your own playlist on a device the size of a cigarette packet. I think the purpose of radio still has its place because you never really know what songs are going to be played next. That random feel radio can give you, rather than creating playlist is something to behold. Creating play lists is not that much different to playing loads of CD's. I have to admit to having a phase of being into a lot of American online radio stations recently, well recently as in the last few years. And I bought a few cds on the back of hearing some artists that don't get played in the UK. I think radio still lives on in its own way 😎
