It's a bit noisy and heavy isn't it? Where is Status Quo? Where are the poppy keyboard sounds? Where are the ballet twirls from the bass player? Why doesn't the drummer wear tight gym shorts and a headband? This doesn't sound like a nursery rhyme to me? I wouldn't want to play this at my next Christmas party, no mention of Santa in the lyrics at all!
I think yer 'aving me on mate. Quo? Yeah right.

Would love to see this remastered in colour if it's possible to do that. The tape is said to have been destroyed after its last broadcast in late 2000s. It was in bad shape at the time, and they didnt see it as worth keeping. And as for being in colour, someone would have to go frame by frame and youve not a chance of that for Quo. |
