I abhor this, I really do detest it.
Vapid, pointless, incomprehensible and bland.
If I liked ballads I wouldn't listen to Quo, especially 70-76.

I took to it at the time of it's release. I'm not sure why. I was 20 and didn't like anything else so remotely limp sounding.
Maybe I was biased coz it was Quo but I doubt it. I just liked the melody. Still do. I like the solo as well. A bit more inventive than the usual fare.
It was a mistake playing it live though. Although, to be fair, at the time it was at least a change. Of which there had become precious few.

Why didn't AL find it hard to face his family after this one? Or Where I Am or Claudie, not a great deal of difference between Claudie and Margerhita Time is there?

I consider it to be one of the highlights of the Rockin' All Over The World album Say's it all dennis. Just a tangential moment here. If you were in the Rockford Files Jim Rockford would call you Dinnis. He used to do that.

I don't hate it. It just doesn't do anything for me though.

I like this one. Probably best not on the live set but good enough as a studio track. Shame its not on a better album.

Always preferred it when Rick wrote or collaborated in this style rather than the 80s Rock thing he ended up doing later. It played to the strengths of his vocals too. All the reasons, lonely man, Living on an Island, this song etc. It was a surprise when it was briefly pulled out live as it was a track Rick wrote for marietta and probably quite personal to him.

Like it a lot! Does anybody here know where the footage is from? If it’s from Wembley arena the one who shot it must have more or less stood beside me!
