I find it hard to believe that this is just a year after Is there a better way.
We all knock frames fall from grace as a songwriter but at least he was still banging out Hold You Back, hard time, etc.
Horrid
I’d add Gonna Teach you to Love me to this as well. That’s a run of the mill 12 bar that’s only saved by an amazing solo break.

Its a song I always liked. I actually prefer it to Is There A Better Way but that's just down to taste. I obviously don't have any Rick's rhythm (I presume it's Rick) is superb, weaving away in the background and the solo is excellent. The faux brass is probably unnecessary but it's inoffensive. Doesn't really add or detract from the song. Yeah, OK by me this one 👍

Not a bad song, together with Can't give you more, hold you back, Hard time, Who am I...If I think in the songs of Rockin it is not a bad album, much better than any of the post 81 probably, but far from its precedents.

I’ve always liked this one a lot! There’s actually quite many good songs on the RAOTW album, it was the thin sound / bad production that turned me off. But still, it’s a great song!

1st Quo 7" single I bought was Again and Again, this was the B-side - wasn't mad about it, still am'nt. Not a fan of 'brass' in Rock music generally, so that didn't help - soon after I got the RATOW album and I could see it was part of a trend of 'not great' songs on Quo albums - kinda like how there's a sh*te song on every Queen album!

Agree there's some good guitar work going on, but overall think it should have just been a B side
Remove this and baby boy = better album

Damned by faint praise! Always one I liked, was on my first Quo album... To be or not to be is one of Quo's best compilation album. £2.99 from Woolworths in 1983. 😀. Played it all summer. Added to my Quo collection, at the time, of Lies on 7", FTMO on tape.
