It was shot on videotape. Universal have a copy of it - Brussels Stade De L'Union 21st June 1986.
All circulated copies of the TV broadcast are sh*te to say the least

From the top of my head, Dirty Water and Don't Drive My Car are missing in every single bootleg that I saw. I don't think that those songs weren't played because those are in other bootlegs from the era (even the best quality that I have misses WYW and Paper Plane, starts right off with Roll Over Lay Down).

I'm assuming it'll be the unedited recording, with Dirty Water and Dont Drive My Car, as the Berlin 1990 gig exists in unedited form albeit still cuts off towards the end of Marguerita Time as the company decided to use a single 60 minute video tape reel

A very energetic performance would be great too see it in HD I wouldn't ever expect a decent archival release from Quo. I've genuinely given up all hope, and I'm not wasting my time giving them ideas anymore of releases they could do. They (Label / Management) don't give a single fuck (imho) about what we actually want. We'll only ever get releases that can be done cheaply and quick. It's a damn shame, but I've come to terms with it. There's a final deluxe release still waiting to be cleared and that's it, pretty much. Anything that comes after that basically won't even be given a budget to be remastered. It'll just be flat out rips from stuff that has already been release and just repackaged

But yeah, I've come to terms with it too, from a couple of years now. A shame, I tell you. I really like Quo and they don't have out what both we (fans) and they (band) deserve.

We can't make demands, obviously, but the quality of some of the older live stuff that's come out has been pretty poor. Album wise, I mean. I don't include the Live Here Now recordings. These are good quality but they simply reflected a static set list from about 2008 onwards. The DVD releases have also been very predictable. I've never been to Montreux but I feel like I have! Personally, I've always been surprised that Liverpool Pops 2005 never came out in full. The band have never sounded better in my opinion and, even more importantly, it was a rampant Quo crowd. Adding to the atmosphere on live recordings is extremely important. Hence the reason these Montreux releases fall flat. I'd probably add Shepherd's Bush 2000 to that as well 👍

I've given them plenty of ideas for releases that could and should've been done by now but I'm not wasting my time anymore. It's too precious to be pissed away putting something together that will never come to fruition. When this next product finally gets scheduled for release, if it ever does, you've all got the Knebworth '90 set to look forward to thanks to me, as well as a soundboard recording from Offenbach '92

When this next product finally gets scheduled for release, if it ever does, you've all got the Knebworth '90 set to look forward to thanks to me, as well as a soundboard recording from Offenbach '92 I've never understood why Quo get (and always got) so little respect from record companies. Other much smaller (i.e. lower selling i.e. less profitable for the record companies) bands get good quality remastered releases of obscure recordings. Quo had so little for so long - the latest remasters have been sonically average and some of the content has been embarrasingly bad - sub-bootleg quality. Thanks to one or two true fans (hello Luke et al) we've got some truly interesting content but it sounds like you guys have had to fight and fight on our behalf (thank you). You guys have worked really hard for very little recompene - why aren't the record company lapping it up? I mean, look at BFM on MIdnight Special - close to 75,000 views now - there are a lot of interested people out there for the right stuff. The record industry is sh1t!!!!!!
