I still remember when I first encounter with this promo. I was testing some proxys from Germany and UK and, searching in one of those MTV websites I saw this video and saying "WTF is this?" and I recordered it from the TV with a program around 2007-2008 (I didn't find a way to download it). I didn't know that it the lawsuit of '86 prevented something like this came into the light, so I don't know how this video can be there.
And now we have it on the last DVD of promo videos without restrictions of any kind.

Fantastic stuff. One of Quos lesser known classics.

A page said they were filmed at the Rainbow Theatre. That will have been me mentioning the Rainbow Theatre. Rick and Francis mention they were filmed somewhere in Brixton, but I got Rainbow Theatre (at the time) from an article in one of the German magazines that had an article on the filming of the promos. Yes, all 4 promos were shot at the same time. Runaway, Who Asked You, Whatever You Want, and Living On An Island - I'm gathering this will have been the order they were shot in, as the band progressively get sweatier and John gets more fed up throughout each video. Not a clue what studio the Heat Promos were filmed in, but Accident Prone was filmed in a scrapyard in Holland. Rockin' All Over The World was shot at Ewart Studios in Wandsworth. Edit: Speaking of Accident Prone - I have a copy of the promo video that has a single edit of the audio, but it keeps the 1st verse in rather than starting from the 2nd; "They say the devil loves his own And lady you just got the roll He drives you modus-operandi Well lady you don't get this soul What you call love I can't take no more Go knock on someone else's door"

Could well be. Also makes sense for them to be filmed then (4th September), with the last date of the previous tour being well behind them and the Whatever You Want single being released at the end of the month. It gave the editor all the time he needed to add those really sh*te effects to Runaway, Who Asked You and Whatever You Want

Misses out the 2nd verse but if you look Francis is singing the 2nd verse but it's dubbed with the 1st one.

Should have been a single this one. Another one of those missed opportunities.
Why it wasn't played live is equally as baffling.

A hands-down classic🤘 (Btw, info on Frame’s guitar?? That an Ovation headstock - can’t really make it out!?)

A hands-down classic🤘 (Btw, info on Frame’s guitar?? That an Ovation headstock - can’t really make it out!?) it's a guitar made by Stephen Ackworth. He made a few of them at the time, and they're called "Beta Mouse". Rossi sold one at a Christies auction years ago, but I think he still has the one from this video in his home studio.

And I don't believe every single word it says. I can believe that some bass parts were replaced by Francis or Rick here and there, because they can be the composers of the song and feel that line can be wrong, or be like Kiss, which almost every song in their discography contains a member of the band playing other instrument of other member, but, reading this "were masked or entirely replaced by Rick Parfitt's low"B"- tuned shuffle rhythm parts", gives it a "no believe this history" for me. Replace a bass with a guitar? Really? Replace the drums of John? Yeah, right! And I saw a unicorn yesterday. By the way. Quoincidence Do you know why they filmed so many videos for IYCSTH and WYW album? Looks like the ones from WYW were done just in case they were released as a single. But from the Heat album? Two were filmed at the same place (Again and Fly) but the other two were filmed somewhere else, which I find it strange.
