Lyrically quirky. In a Saddling Up sort of way. Which is presumably down to Mr Bown. I prefer this one out of the two but I wouldn't exactly call it an all time fave. It has a bit of drive (see what I did there? ) and was never a skip track. If I try to give it some context, I'd say it was half decent given what had been served up to us in the previous 5 years. 6/10

One of the new bands best songs. The chorus mightily hits the spot, and some of the old swagger is there
Just loved the fork album cover. This should of course have been the single. But David Walker won the day, we got the awful tacky pub cover and this song wasn't given a chance

I remember not liking it when the album came out, just because the intro. I wanted straight songs, not slowly progressing songs. (Ironically I liked Under the Influence since the first time, but Shine On...meh)
One day not so long after the first hearings, I just can't skip the song for whatever reason and it was like "WOW, WTF IS THIS?".
My father thought the same thing, just skipped it. One day, he was hearing the album with headphones on the living room. Shine on appeared, he didn't like it either, so he ordered me "Track 3"...And knowing that he will like this song, press the buttons to track 6.
"THIS IS NOT THE THREE!!!" "Just wait"
"WOW, that was a song!"
