It's not like it's bad but it doesn't appeal much. Once again I wonder, who did they think their audience was? Who bought it? (Other than old Quo fans livingi in hope.) Back in the 70s they found something they were good at, got rich and famous, and then got bored with it and went back to producing generic pop, which they were quite good at but not enough to be a real contender. I do like Power of Rock n Roll though.

Dug this album out a couple of weeks ago..had a couple of plays again in the car. There is some joy to be had provided you can get over the fact that it is as far from 70's Quo as possible. Strangely i like Heart on Hold like Victor.

Just noticed i've got 6 Perfect Remedy tracks listed as "alternate mixes": 1. Little Dreamer 2. Not At All 3. The Way I Am 4. The Power of Rock 5. Perfect Remedy 6. Address Book 320KBPs MP3's if anyone wants to download, here they are: Cheers for these! However, these are not alt mixes. These are just the album versions, but with heavy EQ, heavy compression (at RMS; not limiting) and some delay effect. The only exception is The Power Of Rock, which is the Edited version, coming from the Anniversary Waltz CD single. They even run at the same speed as the original album CD release (or Single CD release for The Power Of Rock), meaning they come from the same digital source (and Perfect Remedy (the album) was mixed to analog, going by the SPARS code: AAD). I suspect someone applied those changes to the files and tried to pass them down as "alternate mixes".

Took years to note its value, but I rate this one among the top 3 of the album. TPOR, The Way I Am, and Man Overboard.
Alike posters above, Heart on Hold has a strange pull also. Not a great track, but it has a charm all it's own.
