to me this is the forerunner to the beloved rossi jig. to follow were don't waste ny time slow teain hold you back and burning bridges. ive always liked this one

It was banned. But the BBC would have banned pretty much anything in those days. Can't imagine how Pinky & Perky slipped through the net  The band had a bit of growing up to do. When they recorded this, The Beatles had already released Rubber Soul, Revolver and Sgt Pepper. Not for me this one, sorry. |

Pretty lame being banned compared with other suggestive innuendo in songs which WAS allowed during that era. “Walk on the wild side” anyone???😛

This is one of them! The instrumental bits are very likeable and sound unmistakably Quoish
