Quo were constantly inbetween record labels in America. Cadet Concept, A&M Records, Capitol Records and the Riva Records. Going off of what Rossi says in his book, American record companies didn't give a toss about releasing Quos output.
The band signed with Capitol Records in 1976 and Blue For You was released but was just titled as "Status Quo" as opposed to Blue For You. They also released the Live! Album and Rockin' All Over The World. The heat album didn't see a release in the United States, and Whatever You Want wouldn't until 1980 under a new title "Now Here This".
It was pointless the band signing with Capitol Records as April 1976 was the bands last attempt at cracking the American audience, and they didn't return until the late 90s.
As far as Live material ranging from 1972 - 1981;-
Live At The Marquee, November 1972 (Paper Plane and Don't Waste My Time. The rest seems to be missing from the Swedish Archives)
Live In Mainz Germany, 22nd February 1975 (Radio Broadcast could still exist)
Live! Bristol University / Kursaal Southend / Stoke-On-Trent / Lancaster University 1975 (could possibly still exist)
Live At The Monumental Theatre, Madrid, 14th March 1975 (possibly destroyed by RTVE after the 2000 broadcast)
Live At The Olympia, London, December 31st 1976 (Radio Broadcast from the New Years Eve gig. Could possibly exist)
Live At The Glasgow Apollo, 27th / 28th / 29th October 1976 (all still exist)
Live At The Hammersmith Odeon, 26th June 1979 (still exists)
That's 12 recordings from the 70s right there, give or take a couple that may no longer be around
