That guy's got potential but he sure as hell needs a better stylist. Is "Waiting for the Winter" coming in December?

In a manner of speaking yes. After high school me and a friend in a second hand old car drove down from Watsonville where we lived to LA to in our minds make it big in the music industry. With practically no money some nights we slept in the cheapest of motels or we slept in the car just pulled off the road. That more by luck ended with us getting a recording contract and recording an album in the studio next to a certain band called Rainbow.
The video has zilch to do with the lyrics of the song as was often the way with MTV then, some producer came along with a "concept" threw money at you and you made whatever they wanted.
35 years later I touched on the subject again in "Always Tomorrow", one of the songs on my new album. I should avoid nostalgia, I'm sure I've heard that somewhere before...

Was going to quote something flippant about the first video i.e. expecting to see Norwegians, dogs and WTF alien spider leg/men mutations and then I listened to Always Tomorrow.... beautiful song

vivfromcov Thank you so much, you always hope your songs will touch people. The album that the song is from Lucky Us is on spotify and pretty much everywhere else if you want a listen. It's all very autobiographical looking back over my life and how it is now.
