That was really interesting thank you for that. It's an interesting topic, there was a report recently that research has tied in really severe aggression with a lack of serotonin ... and it's nearly always men who show it to that extent. But I think that is also partly conditioning - males are more likely to have agressive or uncompromsing behaviour reinforced, whereas females are likely to have it discouraged. On average. (My Mr says his mum got all the aggression in the family and he didn't get any of it, she even tried to teach him. Interestingly she was a single child with a strong and not entirely friendly realtionship with her Yorkshire dad.)
I think sometimes parents don't bring their kids up in a balanced way, not because they don't want to, but just because they have blind spots. So it's a good thing there is some public dialogue about things like this.
