dennis - I have not bought many 'EJ' albums only ever had two 'Blue Moves and 2L40' which I used to play all the time, so really just back buying his music. So far so good in particular MIE above admittedly not everybody's cup of tea but you like what you like....

Geoff. I've seen Elton in concert a couple of times over the years, with his band, which was ok, & just with Ray Cooper on percussion, which was superb. My favourites would be his second, eponymous, album ; Tumbleweed Connection ; Too Low For Zero & the aforementioned Sleeping With The Past. I also really like the Live in Australia album where he's backed by both his band & a full orchestra. |
