Just played Face to Face 17 28 59, then The Footy Show started, now playing No Exit during ad breaks, "Gotta a monkey on my back and I just can't shake it"
Even after Chris Bailey (RIP) on Bass and Buzz Bidstrup on DRUMS left The Angels and formed another great Australian band GANGAJANG with Mark (THE RIPTIDES) Callaghan, The Angels put on the afterburners and played and produced some of the best OZ rock.
When you went to an ANGELS gig you knew what you were going to get, they never let you down.
They now have one of Australia's most passionate and fair dinkum front men as their lead singer, the mighty Dave Gleeson of Screaming Jets fame. What a top bloke Gleeso is, crikey mate, he'll always have a chat with you
The Angels (Brewster Brothers)- one of the best Rock bands to walk the planet. "Let the night roll on"
Lest we not forget Doc Neeson. Aaaaaangels!!!!!!!!!!

Mono Inc - Together till the end
We wait for you when darkness falls The legion of the dawn Desire burns, desire calls The lost ones and the torn.
There's a way, there's a choice so clear (so clear) There's a place (there's a place), come here (come here).
All you, lonely souls, come Legion of the damned United in our pain Together till the end. All you, lonely souls, come Legion of the dawn United in our misery Together we will walk on.
We wait for you to get in line The legion of the dawn Forgotten hearts, forgotten times A unity's reborn There's a light, there's a life so clear (so clear) There's a place (there's a place), come here (come here).
All you, lonely souls, come Legion of the damned United in our pain Together till the end All you, lonely souls, come Legion of the dawn United in our misery Together we will walk on.
We'll let this torture end today Long for shelter and relief. We'll let this torture end today In high spirits we can leave In high spirits we can leave.
All you, lonely souls, come Legion of the damned United in our pain Together till the end All you, lonely souls, come Legion of the dawn United in our misery Together we will walk on.
All you, lonely souls, come Legion of the damned United in our pain Together till the end
All you, lonely souls, come Legion of the dawn United in our misery Together we will walk Together we will walk Together we will walk on.

There Comes A Time (Back To Life) - Mono Inc.
There comes a time for justice and for truth There comes a time the land will shine as new There comes a day for bonding and for blend There comes a day when all those battles end
Good shall triumph, someday soon you'll see A comprehensive victory
And when this day has come Bring me back to life Back to life And when the war is won Bring me back to life Back to life
There comes a time for humbleness and faith There comes a time for mercy and good grace There comes a day of beauty and regard There comes a day we won't be up in arms
Good shall triumph, someday soon you'll see A comprehensive victory
And when this day has come Bring me back to life Back to life And when the war is won Bring me back to life Back to life
Companions in arms, come on, scrutinize why You're clean-handed born and as killers you die Companions in arms, come on, lay down your guns You all could be heroes or dead before tomorrow comes
And when this day has come Bring me back to life Back to life And when the war is won Bring me back to life Back to life And when this day has come Bring me back to life Back to life And when the war is won Bring me back to life Back to life

In 2006, I saw URGE OVERKILL at The Metro Theatre in George St. Sydney.
Eff me sideways they were effin' awesome and brilliant.
Their 1993 album "Saturation" is a kick ass great Rock album.
All, except for one member, I think it was Blackie, made great recoverys from Heroin addiction.
So they replaced him with a fit and healthy musician.
Another band I saw at the same venue circa the same period was The TEENAGE FANCLUB, that was a very special night.
"Bandwagonesque" imo is one of the best albums of the early 90's
I think Noel Gallagher might own a copy of this album and played it a few thousand times, you know wha' I mean Guvna?, I mean a nods as good as a wink to a blind bat,
say no more.
Tell me, does your wife like photography?
He asks him knowingly.......

Bluehighway, I saw The Crowdies at their "farewell" concert in November 1996 on The Steps of the Sydney Opera House. Absolutely amazing event. We got there early and got a great place in the crowd, very, very special night. The sun setting behind buildings like a Salvador Dali painting. Incredible! I/We also saw one of their 1st ever gigs under the name of CROWDED HOUSE after changing it from THE MULLANES (just as well they did) This was a far more intimate gig at DIDI's in The Brookvale Hotel on The Northern Beaches of Sydney, just down the road from The Sea Eagles home ground. As a song writer NEIL FINN is one of the best of all time. I don't know where you live ( Bluehighway ) but Neil was also a member of one of the best bands to come across the ditch to Australia called SPLIT ENZ. ENZ OF AN ERA was in 1984 same year as End of the Road
