Alan and John warned me this day would come and it has.
I had mild indigestion and all off a sudden I'm being specially rendered to some fcuking 'orrible hospital by the Rossi android(the real one was replaced in 1984,he fucking hated Marguerita Time)and that bastard Porter.
I come round and I'm out of the fcuking band,I thought that Freddie stuff was testing how you'd react and what did you do? NOTHING!
You clap along to some bastard in skinny jeans playing my fcuking songs whose dad replaced the bloke who's idea it was in the first place...you fcuking mugs,they still charge the same money and you fcuking pay it!
They tricked me into showing some Irish lad a chord or two and now he's got my job.
Get this letter to Derry,only he can help me!!!!

If what Francis says is true, why did they continue to push ahead with hectic schedules, knowing Rick's health was on a tightrope. People say Francis gets too much grief from fans but, him and Porter come out with some of the most hypocritical shite I've ever heard This whole thing raises more questions than answers I think Rhino's comments recently stating he can't understand why people think it's not Quo just because Rick isn't there, is the more obvious back stabbing... Remember what Rick done for him |

But all I see now is a band trying to fulfil commitments set in place before Ricks health scare. |

Well, I think so, due to what has gone on in the past and what will continue to go on, mark my words. All because of an extremely ruthless and spiteful management, not to mention completely clueless lapdog band members. Why, in particular, have a large percentage of recordings featuring Rick on lead vocals for Aquostic II been demoted to the deluxe and vinyl versions? Why did Rick's image continue to be used to promote LNOTE after it was unclear that he would be back? I say that it is not just a coincidence both of these things happened but because it was known that Rick wouldn't be back, but they continued to use his image to sell as many tickets as possible because they knew the tour wouldn't sell as well without him. The rest of Quo pretending that Rick is replaceable by continuing to perform his songs, and Rhino most of all with his comments deliberately intended to contradict has been shameful. |

You KNOW that do you....have you talked to Rick or Porter or a promoter or god forbid Rossi? WHEN did we know Rick wouldn't be back - Rick is the type who would be saying "I'll be right" until the last minute. Maybe Rick said "I can't" but management said wait and see....saying it was all done on purpose is a bit far fetched. HOW do you review promotion posters, photos etc overnight - there has been six months planning and publicity. As someone else said, at this stage this is nothing but Quo filling planned engagements for promoters, fans and employees. Anything else suggested here is pure speculation. Next year we will have a much clearer idea of the band's future. |
