There would be fucking chaos if they intend to carry on without him What, on here? I'm sure they'll be gutted They have said that Rick will not be playing the Hyde Park gig. Or any gig up until at least October if memory serves me correctly. Which it often doesn't admittedly. After that, who knows? The man is obviously still recuperating and I would imagine uninsurable. But, again, who knows? I don't.

Quo (and the management) can quite easily be knocked out of their cosy, little shell at any time. Still, feel free to chortle about this on Fruit N Nutcases.

You are all fools. Quo is dead and buried. Why cling on to it when its all falling apart at the seams and Rossi and Porter are milking the idiots out there for ever last penny. It has gone beyond a joke now and I am laughing on the side lines. Its just too ridiculous to believe. Harsh but understandable. I've long been of the opinion it is what it is. I cherish the reunion tours and honestly, never listen to any Quo beyond B2B. It just does nothing for me. Doesn't make us bad people, likewise, those that still love the band are the same. Would I go see Frame solo? Probably, but not playing a facsimile of a Quo gig, with the same songs and arrangements that we've all heard a thousand times before. So, I agree with you on the band, but I don't think it's our place to judge what others enjoy, well, not so harshly anyway.

But, again, who knows? I don't. Looking at the website, it only says he won't be playing the shows up to the end of August. However I accept FTMO has updated their members. But for most Quo fans, they should be told when tickets go on sale for the London show he won't be playing. As they will not know. It will be the first time a show has gone on sale with only one original member and in all likely hood a changed set without Rick to sing 'his songs'. For those who said they wouldn't continue without Rick, they are seeing the 'one off' has be one more likely to be the way they finish as a touring band. It most certainly is not a one off.

Be like going to see Chas and Dave 'not original Dave'.

It's simple for me, if RP is back for the winter gigs I will go. If he isn't I wont. No need to diss the thousands of fans that still want to go tho, it's all down to personal choice.
