Or is it just me? Just heard it in Tesco and I was forced to Shazam it before I complained to customer services  It is truly awful. However, it apparently charted in the UK back in 2023. And was nominated for Song of the Year!!  It didn't win Give it until 40 seconds in before passing judgement. All is bland and inoffensive enough up to that point. God, I'm getting old  |

The days of labels investing in artists for the long haul to success are over. Good article and similar in theme to another that MrWaistcoat put up elsewhere recently. I see that, once again, one of the reasons put forward for the scarcity of new bands, in a commercial sense, is that social media and software are made for self-expression. OK, I get that. But that doesn't explain why this Kid LAROI song and Ed Sheeran's duet with Beyoncé (with the song Perfect) are probably the two worst pieces of music I have heard in my ridiculously long life of listening. Mr Sheerin was the worst until I heard that dirge this morning. Now I'm torn  And why should I suffer alone? |

As mentioned It's only 2½ minutes long, but out of curiosity, I played all of it.....I've heard better noises come out of my arse!!!
I Just hope there isn't a extended version of this ear irritation.
