Won't his birthday already be yesterday now? Let's hope by the time the next one comes 'round we're all looking forward to another reunion! I can see your point, but he was born in England, so its still Alan's birthday. Aye, & it's still his birthday in the USA!

It's sure not the same Quo without him. It's not. I'm a strong advocate for Rhino, but the post-Alan Quo isn't the same Quo. But the problems set in long before he left.

It's sure not the same Quo without him. That has really been emphasised since the reunion gigs. He might have (understandably) struggled playing, but he still was such a natural part of those gigs as he always was. But it was his singing that sounded so good and so strong !! That extra vocal is badly missed.
Happy Birthday for yesterday

It was just brilliant to see him up there - I will never forget how happy he was. Agreed. I SAW him struggling, but I didn't HEAR him struggling, either in his playing or singing. In fact, there was definitely nothing wrong with his voice and it was the strongest one on the stage IMO.

I'm listening to his demo for 'She's a Mystery" and it reminds me what they miss without him.
