a very underrated singer songwriter who was in the wrong place at the wrong time when punk exploded.........has toured with Tina turner amongst others and is a frequent act on the last of the proms in Holland where the QUO have performed on occasion. I agree with that in itself... however, I don't think it's very suitable choice as a support for Quo

I remember him went to one of his gigs at the hull city hall back in the 70s it was a decent gig, he did a few rocking songs he told us to stand on the seats and rock but security tried to make us sit down but we won, often wondered what happened to him !

I think he's so bloody apt for what C.Quo have become. They're not even the parody of themselves that they've been, but more of a shadow of a parody. They don't deserve a decent rock support. In fact if they did have a decent rock support they'd probably scare away many of the good time granny punters away. I saw the look on the faces of many of the "Greatest hits" crowd at the FF gigs. They were horrified not just at the rock support but the lack of twirly finger action in the main FF set.

I know there are the Greatest Hits fans who like the pointing etc. but luckily I'd never seen the twirly fingers with The Wanderer before. I was slightly horrified at that at the o2 last December.....

"Too many new songs were played", "Considering how funny these two are it was a complete let down". Glad they forked out all that money to be left disappointed. T***s.

The fact that the FF crowds were diluted by idiots like this makes the volume and reaction of the rest of us all the more impressive.
