Yes Some interesting chords throughout and I love Freddie's second solo about 3 minutes in. It's just a little off the wall; short but beautifully crafted. No doubt Rhino's vocals will be panned but there's nothing wrong with them. One of several very good tracks on an album forever associated (tainted?) with a hideous artistic disaster of a movie. Which is a pity. There's some terrific stuff on there. 10/10

It's an OK track but if I want to listen to a track that's trying to be Queens of the Stone Age I'll just listen to QOTSA.

First time I've heard this - sounds great, love those dissonant chords! I should've put this on my After B2B compilation! 👍 [btw, who wrote it?]

Really enjoyed it at the time, haven't felt like going back to it
these recent threads tell me there's at least 3 albums now no longer available on streaming services, BQ one of them

Not a fan of it. Lacking authenticity. They don't really "mean" it, do they?
Not knocking Rhino, perhaps if he done it with his own band, it'd come across a little less TV dinner....

The credits list it as Edwards/St Paul. I think this is the Stuart St Paul who directed the film. He also co-wrote Never Leave A Friend Behind which is also on the album. 👍

Quite a good track it has an 80s Rock feel to it. Some good songs on this album if you discard that they are from a lousy film they stand up quite well as individual songs..

Great track. Along with Go Go Go & Fiji Time, my favourite from the album.
I think Rhino' voice actually suits this raw, heavy rocker very well. Different sound for Quo, nice progression in the riffs, wonderful guitar tone and a ripping solo.

I applaud the achievement of stitching all these bits of songs together, but it sounds just like that to me, someone with too many ideas trying to cobble together one more track for the album from lots of bits that are floating around - the result is a bit incoherent, as exemplified by the lyrics which seem to have been tacked on as an afterthought to bring the whole thing together, but sound basic and clumsy to me and too much like they're just there to cover up the seams. I like Quo tunes where you can't tell which came first, the music or the words, but the words seem very much like they were the last thing that came, so why even bother?

I doubt they’d have risked this on a regular album. Does he perform it live ?
