Surprised no one has asked him about this song at the q&a on his talking tours be interesting to know if he still likes it or is embarrassed by it now The thing for me is, it's not the worst song in the world. It's your run of the mill pop song, with a hook. It's Chas n Dave with Synths. What gets my goat is, and Gav touched upon it earlier, it's the way he went about this... His drug addled behaviour, the "Jack The Lad" act, the video (Jesus Christ...) and the fact the two of them just reek of uncomfortableness and don't even look like a duo. They don't fit whatsoever. They weren't writing particularly good/great songs and if this was Francis reinventing himself, it was, with all due respect, awful! I get it, you want to do something different and get off the Quo hamster wheel but, to split a band up for this?...Nah I'm more than likely on my own here with this but, the more time goes on and the more I see stuff like this, the more I start to disbelieve the "official" story of the '86 reunion

The video is horrific and as you said the uncomfortablness of them both is so clear even when they performed live. Yeah the way he went about it too.
