A brilliant film - desperately sad in spots though [well, imho!]

Denzil's in it. He's a top man, does that dangerous smile thing that he owns.

An entertaining couple of hours on Amazon. I found it a bit derivative to be honest, Battle Los Angeles is my favourite of this type.

Too hot to do anything tonight so watched "Liam Gallagher: As it Was" on BBC2.
Found it quite interesting but it would have been much shorter if every f**king and 'know what I mean?' had been omitted.
Googled Cranwell Drive, Burnage afterwards to see what it looks like now. Fifteen years before the Gallaghers moved there I was a frequent visitor to the house of my best friend, next door to the one which became theirs. Very quiet in those days. I got into trouble one Sunday night through making a noise on the corner by banging the big base drum belonging to the Boys Brigade band.

That's what I was going to put up but I wasn't sure if it counted as a 'film'. He does like an expletive does our Liam but I get the impression he's grown up just a little bit. And, I have to say, his album As You Were is outstanding. I take it the parka is now a trademark because he wore them on stage in some very hot climates! But he smiles these days. And, from a personal point of view, has a truly wonderful collection of sunglasses
