I'm looking forward to seeing many Quo fans for the John Coghlan's Quo gig, at the Half Moon pub in Putney on Friday, who will be sharing my grief.

I've been raising many glasses since I heard and will raise many more. Lets just mention Ive here what ever you think of him he must be gutted. Just been having a look across the road. Credit where credit is due, if there was ever a tribute to Rick to be had it is his over there and surely reflects what it means to him. I think at this time all things and all folk Quo should come together. The door should be opened to Ive, as to whether he would want to come in is another thing. Who know's And as to how long all things and all folk Quo would stay together is another thing. But no harm in having a go. Thank god we had the never ever FF reunions

But it seems like there's tributes being arranged for various venues up and down the country. Glasgow, Nottingham and Putney so far. Hope to get to one.

I can make it, but I haven't listened to any Quo since the news. That's me, head in the sand and forget about it - I think the Quo sound would bring it home to me that it's over and I would end up bubbling like a twat, so I will give it a miss. Just wiped some tears writing this - first ones - where's the feckin sand gone

Thank god we had the never ever FF reunions The door should remain firmly shut to that man and his hate. If you miss him and his rants I strongly suggest you start a MB yourself and invite him in. Enjoy. (And let's not soil a thread dedicated to Rick with that person any longer.)

Rockinon. Thanks for your sentiments about Rick. The only reason you were let back on.
However, let's be clear. You decided, with Ive, to wage a personal vendetta against me via your own boards , closed by Proboards, and latterly C&C. You have spent nearly a year, going out your way to make accusations, digs and insults towards me at every opportunity.
Ive can't help himself. On every board he's ever been on, even the one he's on now, he thrives on arguing and wind ups. Just take a look at the posting history. The last one I read was that this MB was a boring colour compared to lilac. I mean, really? Anything to have a go is latched onto with relish. That's not normal behaviour.
I have no doubt of his genuine grief at losing his hero, however.
We're all fucking gutted at Rick's passing, and you've said what you needed to say on here and now it's time to say goodbye again.
Unfortunately history would repeat itself and frankly, I can't be arsed.
