Option (A) Release another compliation "B-Sides Ourselves" Collection of all B-Side Tracks
Option (B) Re-Record Aquostic as Electric - Aquostic and Tour that....!!!!

Hi All, Neither I am still waiting/hoping for this next new material album, that has to be better than their last excellent offering QPQ as Rick put it and even Francis said it he can't wait to do the same on the next one! in this German interview video below after QPQ's release. Unfortunately, I think that if there is to be another album then it's going to be Aquostic 2. The worst possible way to finish. It will be half an album of butchered classics and the other half being crap that would leave us wondering why they've revisited it, eg: Tommy, Dreamin' & Green.

Aquostic 2, but they should make it heavy and bluesier with just a couple of country-ish tracks thrown in.

Green...even with all of the great stuff, there's some real drek in their backlist.

Not sure, but a stonking album with all originals maybe a double and then chuck in the towel. The Simon Porter silly stunts are getting a bit long in thrtooth. I want to see Quo go out as legends, not bell ends.

Frame stated somewhere that he didn't want to do another 'original rock album' even though Rick is in opposite thought to that.
They (management) are certainly doing everything they can to milk every last drop they can from the past 40+ years of material. Which one could consider to be 'nostalgic' .................. but there you go.
I hope there is not another acoustic album, they have been there done that. The rock arena is where Quo belong.
I just hope after such a long and successful career, when they do decide to call it a day, that they go out on a high. They certainly owe it to themselves and to the countless loyal fans that have been there during the past near on 50 years.

I really want an album of all new material, plenty of involvement from Bob Young, not only writing but bluesy harmonica too, lead vocals shared equally between Francis and Richie, a chance for Andy to really let rip and show his chops on Hammond, Leon to really try and channel Spud and Matt on drums and Francis to use a proper Tele but I fear it might end up some mashup with the Ukelele Orchestra of Great Britain and the Duelling Banjos with Andy forced to show his skills on mandolin and harpsichord.
