To answer my own question, I have just read that he's unhappy with all the recent lineup changes.

Well unless Brian Johnson rejoins(if he sorts his hearing out)im done with ACDC. Can't accept any more line up changes Angus should retire the name now while still has a legacy(bit like some other band) Cheers

It would be absolutely laughable if Angus carries it on with the AC/DC name now. Surely has to be the Angus Young Band if he carries on. All members aside from him will have only joined in the last couple of years (aside from the 5 years Chris Slace did in the 1990s).
Makes Quo look stable, even without Rick they have one original member, one that's been there since the 70s and another 30 years in the band. Hell even Leon would get a long service award if he was in AC/DC !

Glad I saw them at the Olympic Stadium in June. Can't see them ever in any guise touring again. Bloody loved it when it lasted!

To answer my own question, I have just read that he's unhappy with all the recent lineup changes. “It’s been what I’ve known for the past 40 years, but after this tour I’m backing off of touring and recording,” he said. “Losing Malcolm, the thing with Phil and now with Brian, it’s a changed animal. I feel in my gut it’s the right thing.” I think he wants to get out on his own terms.

Never the same without Bon. Back In Black about the only decent album they subsequently produced - & even then some of the songs were suspiciously Scott-esque.

Never the same without Bon. Back In Black about the only decent album they subsequently produced - & even then some of the songs were suspiciously Scott-esque. Probably because he wrote them.... Don't care what anyone says, listen to BIB and any album after it. The drop in standard on lyrics and melody is jaw dropping.
