Hi All, Watched Selma a couple of nights ago, well worth a gander Excellent film with excellent acting along with some quite powerful moving emotional scenes. You can really get a good feel why there is so much hate and mistrust in todays coloured community in the US. In many minds they are still treated at times like their lives do not matter as much as all others..............
Starring :- David Oyelowo/Tom Wilkinson/Carmen Ejogo/Andre Holland/Tessa Thompson/Giovanni Ribisi/Lorraine Toussaint/ Stephan James/Wendell Pierce/Common/Alessandro Nivola/Keith Stanfield/Cuba Gooding, Jr./Dylan Baker/Tim Roth/ Oprah Winfrey/Ruben Santiago/Niecy Nash/Colman Domingo/Omar Dorsey/Ledisi Young/Trai Byers/Kent Faulcon/John Lavelle/ Henry G. Sanders/Jeremy Strong/Nigel Thatch/Charity Jordan/Haviland Stillwell/Tara Ochs/Martin Sheen/Michael Shikany/ Michael Papajohn/Stephen Root/Stan Houston and E. Roger Mitchell. All recognisable stars in their own right from different Tv Series,Stage and Big Screen.....
Geoff.

The wife used up three quarters of a box of Kleenex watching 'Kramer vs Kramer'. Afterwards I watched 'Danish Climax' to use up the rest of the hankies. Danish Climax? 1,2 OR 3.

Hi All, Terminator Genysis I enjoyed it but can understand some of the criticism it received. My only one was if the older Terminator killed the younger version of himself when he arrived for the first time, how did he survive as well ? Surely he would then not the exist to carry on and battle other next gen Terminators for the rest of the film ? (Grandfather time travel paradox)................... Those terminator smiles he does have to be the funniest moments of the film IMHO. Geoff.

I thought it was great stuff..loads of action, good plot and Arnie on top form. When the liquid metal one turned up my eldest boy,25,uttered the immortal line delivered with real feeling "shit,it's that **** again".

Hi All, railroad17 -
Watched the old Howard Hawkes spectacular 'The Big Sky' A now somewhat dated if romantic look at the settlers trading expedition along the MISSOURI river system starring:- Kirk Douglas,Dewey Martin,Elizabeth Threatt,Arthur Hunnicutt,Buddy Baer,Steven Geray,Henri Letondal,Hank Worden and Jim Davis.
In 1830, two tough Kentucky mountaineers join a trading expedition from St. Louis up the Missouri River to trade whisky for furs with the Blackfoot Indians. They soon discover that there is much more than the elements to contend with. Based on the novel by AB Guthrie, Jr.

Batman vs Superman.
Nowhere near as bad as expected. Seeing Batman kick the utter shit out of Superman is extremely satisfying it has to be said
