It will go 1 of 2 ways.
1 - they won't.
2 - a retro merch line (like previous tours)

They'll be a band as normal 'Riiiggghttt'. Rock n rolls answer to 'Peace in our time' or 'No new taxes'.

They may well release an AI version of the gig with Rhino,Ritchie & Leon (Sounds like an updated Mary, Mungo & Midge) replacing...the other 3.

Option 1. I can't think why they would mark the anniversary of their very last gig 40 years ago when they've been touring ever since. Like I've said before, these things aren't done with the fans in mind. Although, having said that, if there was money in it, I could picture a re-brand

The Fans know the special Anniversary forthcoming of the whole EOTR '84 Tour (it was my first and supposedly Quo last tour) i would love to see some of the merchandise re released (as the Band's merchandisers have been quick to cash in on everything else in the past) but i won't hold my breath about it...still dreaming of a Double CD MK gig release...era defining stuff

We can hope of any official release of the full MK Bowl gig, and that's probably it.

Probably wont even acknowledge it, They will be too busy promoting frying pans on QVC with another reworked Quo song to sell them

Cheers It would take 4LPs for the whole show as it was a really long gig. Not forgetting that it would also need to be remixed, unless you fancy a digitally remastered version of the End Of The Road / More From The Road video rips combined instead of the whole show

When I first saw the title of this thread, I misread it and thought it was about:
How will fans mark the 40th anniversary of the EOTR tour?

When I first saw the title of this thread, I misread it and thought it wasl' about: How will fans mark the 40th anniversary of the EOTR tour? Well I'm not travelling all the way down to Milton Keynes to mark the occasion On a more serious note, I imagine the whole " End of the Road" thing will probably not be officially recognised within the inner sanctum. I can see - maybe - some FTMO merch marking the occasion but that may need to be officially sanctioned. I'm not sure how it works. Obviously, many of us were disappointed - to say the least - that the 'final' gig didn't make it as an album release. Especially after we'd been given the carrot on a stick of the Milton Keynes Medley a couple of years later. For me, a track that stood out above everything else that came out in 1986. But then, what do I know? I'm only a fan The videos were so badly edited that, if they even considered cleaning them up and releasing them as, say, a Blu-ray they'd have to sort that out. But it's pie in the big blue. I shall live with my (faded) memories
