Hello, For all fellow Quo fans on here and those of you that use Facebook, I have set up a group to be used as a Status Quo Bootleg hub. So far we have 300+ members and would like to boost those numbers massively, as we want all the bootlegs we can get, no matter if they are duplications, and hopefully we will uncover some new recordings. Myself and another fellow Quo fan will be cleaning and mastering these boots to be shared as a download... also, disc copies will be available for those that would like a physical version. Disc copies can be ordered and "paid" for with a small donation to cover the cost of postage. www.facebook.com/groups/335221927115131/Here's a preview of the disc copies, featuring custom artwork made by myself Cheers & Happy Quo'ing

Is there a MK audio available for cd (the version you tidied up) at all please? Cheers We are doing it tour by tour and starting off with the Piledriver Tour so that will be a while away at the moment, sorry. And do you mean the aud. recording or the official audio as we would only be able to do the aud. recording of the gig however I will looking into getting a CD printer myself and could possibly get that done. We'll see. Cheers

G Yes, everything will be shared and advertised in this group also for those that don't do facebook And thank you... We've wanted to do something for a while regarding Quo boots as the bootleg community in this fanbase seems to be dead, and it needed reviving. 3 gigs from the Piledriver Tour will be coming soon! Cheers Edit; btw thanks 4th Chord or mods for pinning this under the Important Threads section

Yes please, could you drop me your bootleg list... we will probably end up wanting the majority anyway so the best source copy can be chosen. I already have a handful of copies from a few gigs, labelled with who they came from. Cheers

God - all I can say is WOW! [Btw, not a criticism or anything, but do you think it'd be of any benefit to add run-times and maybe an approximate guess-timate as to how they sound? I know that's very subjective but it'd be nice!! ] Brilliant, Luke! G

Just last night got a better source copy of the Milton Keynes bootleg, and fingers crossed we will have that ready for a 35th Anniversary release in July. Cheers Wow that’s excellent news thanks for that. Please please put me on your list for a copy Cheers will do! There is much less hiss, and the bass isn't as booming as it was on my previous source. Apparently it's from right up front at the barrier as well, which would explain such comments like "get off the fucking fence" you can hear Ricks guitar come unplugged during BBJ as well, which is noticeable on the video during the final solo as his pedals go flying, and Alan's mic comes tumbling down also. I'll put up a preview of this copy. Cheers
