Ok, I'm not sure of the order exactly, but I like the idea of mainly starting with the solo album tracks and finishing with 4500x. In a dream world ..... Fight for every heartbeat Everybody knows how to Fly Twinkle toes Lonesome Road All the Reasons Rain Little Lady Reason for Living Shine on Don't drive my car Whatever you want Lonely Man Living on an island Big Fat Mama Mystery song Encore: Over and out 4500x/GGH Reading this thread I've actually been picturing in my head Rick on stage solo.

Yes, me too 4th! I can see him revelling in the new songs and having Brian May and the other guys from the album on stage with him. I wasn't sure about including Over and Out on my list but felt that if he were promoting the album, it would have to be there. So maybe as a quiet opener to the encore it would work, before the final final finale of the greatest song in the world......

Maybe it was included in one of the lists cos it was co-written by Rick ? In the same way I thought the choice for Take me away was a bit strange cos that is sung by Francis...

Personally, (OAO tracks aside), I can't think of any RP sung tracks ('72-'83), that I wouldn't have loved to see him perform live. Scan through the album track lists yourselves - not 1 duffer imo...(I would even go as far as to include No Contract!)😎

It’s not happening so let me dream of him singing it. A belter. Sadly there was never going to be a tour and even if there had been his voice was gone.

He would have said, "this is for my great pal Gav, who I met once at the FF meet and greet, but never forgot".

Some great potential set lists, it would have been great if Rick had been able to launch a solo career before his health and vocal problems, even if it was just one tour backed by JC, Alan, Bob, Andy and Mickey Moody. This would have been my ultimate set list.
Let's Rock Lonesome Road Long Distance Love Big Fat Mama All the Reasons Rain Rockers Rollin Mystery Song Living on an Island Everyone knows how to Fly Over and Out Resurrection Overdose Whatever You Want
Encore:
Without You (just Rick with only piano accompaniment) 4500 Times (full EOTR version)
I think all the other lists I've seen have omitted Without You but for me of all the songs on the album it's the most personal to Rick and the most heartfelt and would be a beautiful tribute to his son and in a way to the real love of his life Marietta.
As for Quo covering any of his songs at their gigs I think this is a bad idea, why try and steal someone's glory? "Lonesome Road" could be rewritten for Francis though with new lyrics as "Loathsome Toad".

Nice ideas.
I would use Over and Out (or perhaps Without You) sort of like the The Who have been using Tea and Theatre in recent years - right at the end and with the rest of the band off stage. The Who get some tears because it always sounds like a goodbye.
A slow, reflective song (or at least taken that way) after the encore.
Without You would be a good midset breather. And as someone said don't "overQuo" the list.
