i bought the signed poster from the first glasgow gig. i was too tight to pay for a meet n greet... so to get all 4 auto's that you KNOW are genuine is a great thing for me. i bought rick n frames plecs framed at a charity auction. (donated by Hilly from SOQ). so i'm sure they are genuine, however i have another of ricks from a member on here. Lazy poker... and if he says it's right...it's right. only other thing i have i got myself.... JC's stick signed after his gig at speakeasy. i also bought one of the watches given to those who had a meet n greet... i love to wear it at quo nites like the convention and trib gigs. but...that's all....

OK, back on track.... I am quite pleased with my Hello Quo promotional board, swagged from outside the Leicester Square Odeon that I carried home on the tube! I have also got their autographs somewhere, probably in the attic, from a few lucky times in the late 70's!

To Nino, How were the FF to you? Friendly?? On the reunion DVD, Spud was kind of standing apart from people wearing his shades and looking a bit grumpy! Hangover maybe🍺 They were really nice, friendly and down to earth, all of them. Made me feel welcome and completely at ease, and appeared really thankful and smiled (even Francis ) when I thanked them for their music, telling them how much I loved them and what an honour and how special it was for me to meet them, though they probably heard this thousands of times before. Especially Alan appeared to be quite honoured himself with me saying so to him - seldom did I see a bigger smile. What a great opportunity that was for me, all I ever wished for.

Great day Nino! Only thing, you should have got Anne in to have a word with Francis about smiling for the camera ... Or Ricky not wearing sweatpants

I had a different experience with Rick at the meet and greet,he was pretty miserable that afternoon but Alan and Francis were fantastic . Cheers

Given all my bits and pieces to auctions but I treasure the photo. Grandson who was 18 at the time thought they were 4 random blokes I'd met on my travels.

Mine is definitely the 30 odd single covers I had all of them sign (can't remember how many to be honest). Finally completed by EOTR so the last one I had them sign was the Old Rag Blues acetate. I had all the various versions from Europe with different sleeves etc.. They were all very good about it, which surprised me. Still, it took a number of greets back stage and hanging out at their hotels from 79 to 84 in order to get them all signed. JC was of course the hardest.

My Rick Parfitt plectrum. Saw Quo live in 75,76,78 then the latter years from ‘97. I knew, in my bones, their 2013 gig at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion was going to be my last and was over the moon when Rick threw his plectrum in my direction, after ROLD and I caught it....along with the famous nod and wink plus thumbs up. I knew it was closure for Quo live for me. Such a minor thing but it made my day and to this day it has pride of place in the framed 2014 FF signed poster in my waiting room.
