I fell asleep when I took the boys to see the Pokemon movie. I'm sure the good dinosaur wasn't as boring as that! Back on topic, the last film I watched was Quartet and very good it was too! Brilliant cast! Anyway Night Night and Happy New Year again. Believe me, Viv, its bad! Even my youngest lad (3) started singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star at the top of his voice halfway through - which got quite a laugh - before asking if we could go home! Ah shame. I am surprised though, all the pixar films I've seen have usually been good. That must have been funny when your youngest started to sing!

Hi All, Watched 'Big Hero 6' and no there were no 1 - 5 films, some quite amusing moments considering it being an animated movie still I enjoyed it and that's the important part with any film. Can be enjoyed by the big kid in you, your children or grandchildren......

I went to see the latest Star Wars film this afternoon. Good entertainment and more in-line with the first film, albeit vey predicable (in fact, quite a similar storyline too!).
Pretty good 3D effects and overall I'd give it 8/10, due to Harrison Ford's appearance.

I watched The Stone Roses: Made of Stone this afternoon. I was never a massive fan of theirs, even though I was into the indie scene during the late 80s/90s, and I only watched it because someone from work had lent it to me. I was surprised at how many songs I knew and how they'd actually been quite a backdrop to my life at the time (I was 17 when their first album came out).
Its worth a watch if you're into autobiographical films and its interspersed with footage of them rehearsing for their reunion tour and also various songs from the subsequent live gigs.
I'll give it 7/10.

I watched that too and quite agree. Maybe they'll say the same about BQ in 40 years...

The Revenant. I usually have a bit of a doze now n then while watching films but definitely not this one. I read the book this film was based on and I can confirm the film was very loosely based on the book but still great entertainment filmed on some spectacular landscape. 8/10
