Depends if it is a genuine Fender. The Headstock says it is, Body is aged. I'm not sure if Ricks Esquire is a refinish.

I'm always suspicious of comments like "I know nothing about it and it's sold as seen." Could be a rouse to trick a buyer into thinking they are taking advantage of a seller who doesn't realise the true worth of the item. If it's later found not to be genuine, the seller can hide behind their above comment.
Having said that, in this case, there is no mention of the words "Fender" or "Esquire" and it's listed in the "acoustic" section so is unlikely to come up in a search for the genuine article... I therefore don't think this particular seller is trying to con anyone.

Apparently, the 12th fret spacing is incorrect, as is the truss rod access. Looks like a turkey. Steer well clear. Aye, I spotted that straight away..........
