Always remembered that as a fun little video and the band looked good (i.e...didn't look like silly pop stars). But I'll never, ever understand what went through their minds to record a version of this song, let alone release it as a single. We had Something bout you baby, Mess of Blues and then the Wanderer!! Why oh why.

I was a bit perplexed myself at them recording the song. I remember my girlfriend's mum at the time taking the pi$$ saying, after this and A Mess of Blues, "what, have they run out of material?". After Back To Back, I didn't really have an answer

Good little video out & about mixing with the public. At the time I liked the song & video, not so much bothered these days. Always seemed popular live & all the cover songs mentioned above were very successful, if a little bit light weight.

This looks very nice!
Are the original fims still in the warehouse or whatever place where Universal stores the files? Or they are missing/burnt too?

Not too sure about The Wanderer film reels, but there's a few bits in there. Tons of stuff from the Rollin Home shoot, so early live footage of that lineup playing at the Al Nasr Tennis Court.

Do you know if the Tennis Court footage contains sound?

I have always liked it as it was the song that got me into Quo in the first place. Dad bought the 2 12 Gold Bars cassette tapes in 1984 and I heard this playing one day and something clicked for me, then the Live version of Caroline following it on the tape sealed it.
