Hello 4th chord its from the same gig at the marquee in 1972 i recorded it off irish tv in 1986 onto a vhs tape ive since put it on a dvd disk, have you any instructions how to put it on the forum ,Quo were going to support Queen in slane that same year but it did not happen Queen were dire that day

Hi Gerh were you at any of these gigs quo 77 stadium,quo dalymount ,ufo stadium supported by the pulse /mamas boys they were better than ufo,motorhead warrenstown college 1980 i think ,rose tattoo mcgonagles,blackfoot tv club ,and all the gigs in the sfx msg magnum samson saxon zz top dio leppard fastway whitesnake mammas boys rory and one band im;mad i never seen VARDIS

Yep was at Dalymount, I’ll never forget it tbh! Quo & Priest!
Dalymount again in ‘83 Sabbath, Motörhead, Mamas Boys.
ZZTop & The Kinks @ RDS 84.
Caught Rose Tattoo at 1st Slane 81 with Lizzy (Sweet Savage 1st on the bill that day too)
I’ve always been fuming that I missed Dio, Blackfoot and KingsX at the SFX - did manage to catch Extreme tho’ - feckin excellent they were too!
I used to live slap bang in the middle of the island back then, so getting up to Dublin for all those gigs was a monstrous pain in the ar*e!!

Quo were class at dalymount that was the largest p.a ever used in r.o.i that day, Preist were brilliant id just bought Stained class that week.Twisted sister were top band that day Motorhead were brutal a certain guitar player would not play any of the classic stuff that day ,i met Lemmy after their set he was fuming i said get rid of that wank@r i got a smile and an autograph  .Did you see horslips many times Johnny fean what an underated guitar player ,did you ever hear of band called Driveshaft from cork |

Ha ha, yep Robbo was all wrong with them - mind you, I really like ‘Another perfect day’ 🤔
Only saw Horslips (I never get to say this anymore, but I was too young for them 1st time around!!!) when the 2009 reunion was in the Point (or whatever it’s called!) the gig that’s on the dvd n 2cd set. You’re right tho’ Johnny is criminally underrated, I always wondered why Philip never brought him into Lizzy.
Yeah, Driveshaft - I had a 7” of theirs, for the life of me I can’t remember what it was called tho’! (Edit: ‘Heartbreaker’ right?)
