Hello I am new to this forum.
I first saw the Quo at Granby Hall, Leicester on 8 Dec 1977 where they were supported by Nutz. Then when I moved to Bridlington to live and work I saw them at Bridlington Spa Royal Hall on 27 April 1982 and again on 21 June 1984.
I have obtained some photos online taken at their Leicester show but would be interested in obtaining audio and/or more photos of the three shows above.
I have seen reference on other threads suggesting some audio exists for at least one of the shows but I don’t know who or where I need to make contact for further enquiries. So any help and advice would be gratefully received. Thank you.

Hello and welcome to our forum.
I don't know about any photos or audio from those 2 gigs.
The gig from the Midlands I found youtube nearly 10 years ago is Bingley Hall, 76 in Stafford. I've had a look and its still there, including some remastered tracks on the official Quo YT page.

curiousgirl , that Bingley Hall gig was the one shown on ITV for the "Daily Mirror Pop Awards" but they only broadcast a couple of songs as I recall. There is a bootleg of the whole gig though. As for the other three, these are outwith my sphere of knowledge I'm afraid. Incidentally, Nutz also supported them at the Glasgow Apollo on all three nights when they recorded the live album. Half decent band actually. More famous for their debut album sleeve than anything else which featured the Page 3 model Stephanie Marrian in a provocative pose. Well, I would remember that. I was about 18 Changed their name to (I think) Rage around 1980. Bit of trivia to there to brighten the day Good luck, though 👍

Yes, mortified, its the bootleg I've heard on YT. It's delightfully raw. Make Live seem like a studio recording! I didn't know about the ITV extracts. Thanks for that info.

So far we have 300+ members and would like to boost those numbers massively, as we want all the bootlegs we can get, no matter if they are duplications, and hopefully we will uncover some new recordings. Myself and another fellow Quo fan will be cleaning and mastering these boots to be shared as a download... also, disc copies will be available for those that would like a physical version. Disc copies can be ordered and "paid" for with a small donation to cover the cost of postage. www.facebook.com/groups/335221927115131/Here's a preview of the disc copies, featuring custom artwork made by myself Cheers & Happy Quo'ing

Both of those Bingley Shows are completely different nights. 6th March 1976 - Bootleg 9th Jan 1977 - ITV broadcast (Daily Mirror Pop Awards)
