I've never bothered at all collecting Quo stuff, or indeed any kind of memorabilia, but always interesting to see! What's the 'holy grail' of Quo releases?

Not sure what the Holy Grail is, 4th Chord . It'll be different things to different people I suppose. My own personal one - and I'd probably never be able to afford it - would be the withdrawn release of the Technicolour Dreams single. I'm not sure how many managed to sneak out into the retail world, but it was very few and if any turn up, which is extremely rare, the price that's quoted these days us upwards of £2k. Although it's not a Holy Grail, I always wanted and have always looked out for, the Ma Kelly album with the free poster. The poster came with the very first release. I bought the album in 1973 and, even by then, the poster was long gone. I think there are also gold From The Makers Of.... tins kicking about. Special editions for the band (I think) and perhaps the special guests at the NEC gig in 1982. Never seen one though. Japanese stuff is always expensive. Until Tokyo Quo was officially re-released on vinyl a few years back, the original was going for about £175.00. I've never seen this single before.

EIL/Esprit have always been incredibly expensive, but then this is incredibly rare. It wouldn't surprise me to see a copy on ebay topping a grand. It doesn't have a "standing price", there isn't enough sales history to settle that question.

Just in passing, I also notice there are 6 faces on the sleeve. Presumably, one of them is Bob Young. But I don't specifically recognise Roy or Spud.

This is the original photo the sleeve is based on. I count six, not five.

Possi a bit of a poseur, but boy, could he play the guitar. He could but it ended up with one twiddle diddle string bend after another.

Yeah, there was a lot of discipline in his playing in FF 2013/14. I would like them to have included ROLD but maybe he couldn't resist the new Rossi way.
