Is listening to an album all the way through a dying pastime? I can't imagine teenagers today playing a whole album, too many other distractions.
What albums, apart from Quo, do you still listen to all the way through? Off the top of my head:
Genesis - Duke ELO - Time, Out of the Blue Springsteen - Born to Run Meatloaf - Bat out of Hell Prince - Purple Rain Bruce Hornsby - The Way it is Huey Lewis & the News - Sports Björk - Debut Fleetwood Mac - Rumours, Tango in the Night Elton John - Goodbye YBR, 2 ▽ 4 0 Bee Gees - Saturday Night Fever

Feel The Heat - The Radiators. In Your Honor - Foo Fighters. Warning - Green Day. Tear Of Thought - The Screaming Jets. Let There Be Rock - AC DC. Double Life - Skulker. Beyond Salvation - The Angels. Scarred For Life - Rose Tattoo. Plugged In - Dave Edmunds. Rising - Rainbow. Piledriver - Status Quo. Morrison Hotel - The Doors.
Just a few of the top of my head.

Interesting question. In the past, my past that is, listening all the way through was just something I did as a matter of course. I can't put my finger on when that changed. But change it did. If I think about it properly, it was probably with the purchase of my first mp3 player back in the mid-2000's. A wee Hewlitt Packard 500mb thing about the size of a watch face. I started to choose tracks rather than whole albums to save space and to ensure that only tracks I liked were on it. And that saving space led to a change in listening habits. The last album I listened to all the way through will have been a Quo one. In the car I imagine. Probably Quid Pro Quo, which I do remember listening to from start to finish a few times. If I was to put a record on a turntable today, I would more than likely just sit and listen to all of it. So these would get the vote: The Wild The Willing and the Innocent - UFO Moving Pictures - Rush Hemispheres - Rush The Globe Sessions - Sheryl Crow Reality - David Bowie Chaos and Disorder - Prince Machine Head - Deep Purple Rising - Rainbow Long Live Rock 'n' Roll - Rainbow Let There Be Rock - AC/DC Next - The Sensational Alex Harvey Band Sweet Sour - Band of Skulls Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd Dreams on File - Moon Martin Exile on Main Street - Rolling Stones Abbey Road - The Beatles I think it speaks volumes either about music today or just my age that most of my choices are not exactly new. Only two of them are from this century. Also interesting

I should add that, although I don't listen to a large amount of classical music, when I do it has to be the whole thing.

I think they're from Hampshire. Not that I hold that against them I heard a song called Navigate and it reminded me of A Year, so I investigated. Found it on the album Sweet Sour and ended up loving it. All their albums are good but that's still the best for me.
