Val Doonican did fine for being Val Doonican. I wish Francis would be Francis. Oh, maybe he is ...

Just now at Cannock - 18 seats sold at £80 and 14 seats sold at £30. So no great rush. I'm guessing that those 80 quid are the M&G tickets. They had the front row seats when I saw him at Richmond in 2019. Not surprised about the slow ticket sales. I got one quite close to the gig for the talk tour. It's quite a lengthy tour though. And no time for any Quo dates bar the summer festivals.
It's the best part of a flippin' year away! Who knows where/what we will all be by then! IF it sells out I will wish him and his bus all the best.

I'm keeping an eye on how the seats are selling and biding my time. A year is a long time at my age.

I guess they are smaller venues and in remote places. For example, Milford Haven. Didn't think to look at Cannock though.

The ticketing went through a glitch though when the Prince of Wales stopped doing online bookings and Skiddle took over. For a time neither allowed booking online. Recently another date has been announced at Walsall Arena and there are plenty of tickets there which is in Bloxwich, less than 7 miles from the P-of-Wales.

Thinking about Musselburgh. Only £30 for a night out. mortified you going? Myself, Mrs Mortifed and sis have tickets for Oban. We're going to make a nice weekend of it. Train cancellations or shocking weather permitting. I used to have a pair of boots like that. My mum called them my "zippy-up boots" I was about 12. But never EVER a suit and a polo neck. That's just unacceptable
