Enormously sad news. Not ashamed to say I've been shedding a few tears.
I have rum and a copy of the 'Quo' LP. I shall raise a glass and salute him.

Thanks Alan for creating Quo, along with Francis, which has been such a big part of my life.
As you told me many years ago, ‘there really is only one Quo… Francis, John, Rick, and myself… we had chemistry together’
Sincere thoughts go out to Dayle, family and many friends.
