That's why Mercury wore a moustache, so you could tell them apart. This deserved more laughs We're trying not to encourage him.

1. There was one that Quo management said they were planning. 2. FF or RP/FR, whatever way you want to look at it, he was Quo. The mere fact that he was/has been brushed under the carpet, with no acknowledgment of his death at any gigs or performances since, and with certain members of the band throwing shade at him in various interviews, is quite frankly inexcusable to put it mildly. In terms of Queen...Every gig they have done without Freddie and John since 1992, there has always been an acknowledgement of both of them and a nice tribute played to both of them. It wouldn't have killed Francis or Simon to do that just once I get where you're coming from in terms of tribute gigs like Freddie's but, there's just no defending it. Really, they should never have mentioned the possibility of a "Memorial Event", as it was never going to happen. It's a damned if they do, damned if they don't situation. They got slagged for not living up to the "more news in spring", which is fair enough, but had it happened and not lived up to everyones expectations, they still would have been slagged. The memorial event wouldn't have been able to happen until 2018 anyway, as they still had obligations to fill for the Last Night Of The Electrics / Aquostic II tourbut even at those shows they could of stopped between songs and said some things about Rick and then playing one of his songs. Yes they still play his song Rain etc but badly other bands when a band member dies as we all know say something at a gig after but Quo Rossi went about Rick's death in a cold heartless manner.

Remember watching the Freddie Mercury Tribute and thinking 'Why weren't Quo there?' at the time, but apart from George Michael nailing 'Somebody to Love' I didn't really enjoy 75% of it anyway to be honest, it was a bit too 'Lovie' for me with Elton/Liza Minelli and Lisa Stansfield etc...each to their own of course

Young tenor Elton could have done it, but not post op baritone Elton unfortunately. Elton and The Show Must Go On? I don't know man, that's a ridiculously hard song to sing. Adam Lambert is the only one I've heard sing the song in it's original key Lets face it though...Only one man could do it I guess that's my next cover video then! 'The concert opened with a message from the three remaining members of Queen in tribute to Mercury. The music then commenced with short sets from artists that were influenced by the music of Queen.' Who thinks Quo were influenced by the music of Queen? I can think of a few influences but Queen is not one of them. Quo + Queen = Rain (the backing vocals) Queen + Quo = Tie Your Mother Down
