I was just thinking the other day, whilst in philosophical mood, how, the older you get, the more things in the past seem less long ago than they actually are. I mean Milton Keynes was over 37 years ago. I was nowhere near 37 years old at the time. So I'd been alive for fewer years than it's now been since the gig! It doesn't feel anything like that And the memories are quite clear. I have absolutely no idea where I'm going with this - apart from an ever decreasing circle. After which, I'll probably be waving to you from up my own ar$e. A neat trick by the way I wonder if the invention of video imagery from the cassette to the streaming services has had an impact? Every aspect of your life can be recorded for posterity. Just theorising. Maybe I need a rocking chair and a porch. Ahem, anyway. Back to bizniss. Backwater in particular was blinding on the day. Ta for the heads up

Out of interest, how did you feel when Francis said “we are not splitting up will be a band as normal”. Confused?

Fantastic gig last weekend. Great weather. I am still reeling from it. I just hope they come back together in a couple of years. They are too young to call it quits.
Have to carry on with my apprenticeship now.
Love live the Quo!
