Revisiting this thread simply because... Francis was on-top of a plane, I just don't think the footage was used Maybe he was at the top, but then realize that he doesn't like be there.

Genuinely don't mind the song at all. I like it I just think the album is a bag of shit. This and GGUAG are brilliant. Rest of it is cack IMO I remember the big love in for Belavista Man among the fan base....I was 16 and remember feeling abnormal because I thought it was utter drivel. It sounds forced. Compare it to the solo in GGUAG...Francis is on fire and there are iffy notes here and there but, he was cooking! Proper feel to it. Ain't listened to it in a while but, I can whistle it and hear it in my head. Great solo! Then again, ISOTFC is one of my fave albums so, it's probably me who is off his head Agree the album is poor, was a big disappointment at the time for everyone apart from Mortified 😁 Wish I had your enthusiasm for the title track I loved BM at the time. Did you see it live? The harmonica sounded incredible. Still like it Yes a great solo on gguag. Love the song despite it flaws

I don't believe I've ever watched this Official Music Video of TPAOY!! A few quid spent by the looks of it - cheerleaders, biplanes etc. In 2004, "You'll come round" was released with a pretty lacklustre video........ and still hit no 14 in the UK singles charts, which was highest since Anniversary Waltz part 1 in 1990. I vaguely recall Francis saying afterwards in an interview that he felt that single had been a bit of a missed opportunity - i.e. with more media/better video, it could've got higher. Maybe that's why quite a bit of effort was put into the video for TPAOY - trying to get the video channels to give it more attention.

Saw them a year later on the Just Doin It tour in Belfast and Dublin. Party material was long dropped...Oriental survived ffs Mystery Medley in the encore was class I gotta say! Matt Letley was on fire that night in Dublin!! Amazing performance!! Pretty rocking gigs!* *Although, Tuesday and Wednesday nights ain't particularly good in Dublin or Belfast, as I have found out in my adult years... EDIT: I have since listened back to TPAOY. Album cover is awful! (Photoshop on FR is dreadful) Material, it's very Thirsty Work (Album that is)
