December 2022 sounds like a different tour. Or a very long continuation of the one beginning in February. Which I suppose is more than possible.
Some new material would be good. It'll have been, what, more than 3 years since Backbone by the time that Munich gig takes place?
Although I think we all probably foresee a legacy greatest hits type show next year. Maybe even more so than usual.

Francis seemed keen on Backing Off so that may get the nod.

I was hoping for even newer material. They've been 'idle' for so long and Francis is at pains to say how prolific he is and how much he loves the process of writing and recording. (see new AAA book ). But it's a good bit away. I'm sure the creative juices have been flowing. It's just a question of getting it recorded. If he's not too busy pi$$ing about with books, talks, daytime TV and dodgy dad CD's Oh, I'm such a moan today. And the sun's come out as well. I should be full of the joys of spring. As opposed to the cloud and rain of spring

"Francis seemed keen on Backing Off so that may get the nod." Are sure he wasn't thinking about 70's hotel rooms and said Jacking off.

I don't really see Backing Off as a live song, although I could be wrong. Backbone maybe. Seeing he used to tinker with the riff before Down Down.
Personally, I'd be perfectly happy if we got the legacy greatest hits job if they threw in some of the hits they tend not to play. Like Lies, Break The Rules and even Jam Side Down.
